The MusicCalculator is a handy device for AV producers to keep track of how much money has been spent for the use of library music. It immediately calculates (per title used) the amount, which Buma/Stemra will charge and is thus indispensable for writing offers. By using the calculator, you can make sure you always enter the right sum in an offer. How does the calculator work? First, you have to indicate the type of production for which the music will be used. Then you must enter separately the total duration of use for each title. The device will quickly calculate the sum for each title. If you are using several titles in one production, just repeat the steps above. Finally, you can add up all the amounts to get the total sum.
